VOLUNTEER

We are always looking for people to volunteer in our organization

The Salaam Isa Mission Society is beginning to form a multi-ethnic team to share the hope of Jesus here and around the world. Scholarships help participants to attend an intensive Sahara Challenge training with Crescent Project. So far, English, Mossi, Spanish and Tagrinya speakers have been mobilized. It would be a blessing to have Arabic, Farsi, Hindi, and Urdu speakers as well. May the Lord of the Harvest provide many laborers for the mission field.

Anti-COVID-19 Prayer 1

Sovereign God, our Refuge and Healer, we approach your throne of grace humbly with confidence through the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in these times of distress. Lord, in your compassion and mercy, deliver mankind family that from the global COVID19 pandemic and its accompanying fear and terror. In your mercy, O God, Hear our humble cry. (Psalm 104:1, Hebrews 4:16, Deuteronomy 13:17)

Almighty God, You are our shelter and strength, always ready to help in times of troubles. In the midst of widespread fear, globally, we pray that you keep us in perfect peace and our minds remain steadfast because we trust in you. Come to our rescue and stop the spread of coronavirus both locally and globally. Forgive our transgressions and send your word to heal those who are sick, support and protect their families and friends from being infected. O God, Lord of mercy, Hear our humble cry. (Genesis 17:1, Psalms 46:1, Isaiah 26:3, Psalms 103:3)

Eternal God, Lord, you are our rock and our fortress and our deliverer. Deliver us from the spirit of bondage and fear and grant us your spirit of love, power and self-discipline. As we work to care for the sick, and to control the spread of the plague, grant us peace and faith to believe the truth and overcome fear. In your mercy, O God, Hear our humble cry.(Deuteronomy 33:27, Psalm 18:2, 2Timothy 1:7)

Lord God of Hosts, Let every weapon formed against the church, and it’s divine mission to prevail over the gates of hell, fall and fail. Let Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel, strengthen the body of Christ with zeal and boldness to proclaim the soul-saving gospel in truth to all nations and to declare the eternal victory of Jesus Christ who redeemed and called it out of darkness into His wonderful light. Lord, in your mercy, Hear our humble cry. (Psalm 59:5, Isaiah 54:17, Hebrews 12:24, 1 Peter 2:9)

Anti-COVID-19 Prayer 2

Lord, you are the sustainer and our bread of life. Sustain us, Lord, according to your promise, and give us abundant life; do not let our hopes be dashed. Let workers and business owners suffering loss of livelihoods due to shut-downs, quarantines, closed borders, and other restrictions be satisfied with abundance and show them your salvation. Lord, in your mercy.(John 6:35, Psalm 54:4, Psalm 119:116, Psalm 91:16)

O Lord God, You are God of heaven, and you rule over all the kingdoms of the nations, and in your hand there is power and might. Thy will be done on earth as in heaven. Guide the leaders of the nations and let them speak the truth, halt the spread of misinformation and act in your righteousness and divine justice, to your glory. Let the kingdoms of this world become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and let Him reign forever and ever! Lord in your mercy. (Ezra 6:9, 2 Chronicles 20:6, Revelation 12:17)

Abba, Father, as you have purified our souls in obeying the truth through your Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, empower us to love one another fervently with a pure heart. Heal our self-centeredness and indifference, Strengthen, inspire and encourage those in public health services, including care-givers, nurses, attendants, doctors and all those whose hands you choose to use for caring for the sick and their families. Lord in your mercy. (Galatians 4:6,Isaiah 54:17, 1 Peter 1:22)

Lord, you are the God who answers prayers. Your great mercy and love, endure forever. Thank you for hearing our prayers. We fully trust and know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. (1 Kings 18:24, 1 John 5:15)

Amen!
