Explore Complexities of the Afghan Culture:
Learn about the gender roles of our new Afghan neighbors and how honor/shame dynamics can sometimes create fear and harmful situations. This training would be especially helpful to Christians involved with resettlement of refugees. 
Since about 44 percent of refugees are children, the sports ministry Fellowship of Christian Athletes, will help build relationships this summer. Get information on how to get involved in sports ministry.
